Breathwork is an ancient practice that has been used in many cultures around the world for thousands of years. Modern science is now confirming that the breath can be used as a tool to unlock our full human potential.

All we need is a quiet & comfortable place to lay down, a blanket to keep us warm, and some nice music to guide us through the experience.  
I offer classes and private sessions at Salve Hälsocenter in Stockholm and online.
